we felt as if a family member welcome us back, even though we never been to the hotel. We arrived early and Charlotte,the receptionist on duty , offered us an early check-in (9 am).She was extremely helpful .She even printed some boarding passes for us (the business lounge is closed due to Covid ).

This room was small and although it had a desk there wasn't even a pen or paper in the room to write anything with. Begin just around the corner from the hotel at the shopping boulevard Friedrichstrasse, or visit the Mall of Berlin, only 1.5 km away.

Only my trip was not for any important occasion, otherwise I probably would not happy either.

No hair dryer or robe but you do get 1 pair of slippers to wear. The gym was larger than most hotel gyms which is nice. Was told that I could either cancel my reservation after I was already there or take another standard room. Also got an upgrade that was well appreciated since I'm HH Gold. So the wife and I went back to the reciption desk and I expressed my concern about what I was promised when I reserved the room. Yes, it conveniently offers a business centre, meeting rooms, and a banquet room. Corona style breakfast is awful in the Hilton. Flat pillows though.

I apologize we were not able to provide you with the quality of services you deserve, especially given your status as a loyal Hilton Honors member. We were used to Hilton Honors Diamond service. This is much appreciated.We arrived to the hotel 2 hours before the check in. Room was lovely, clean, and had all the things you come to expect. it was a perfect start for the vacation. Big hassle.
