I have to remember it is a 3-star hotel. The non-smoking hotel with 151 rooms amidst the vibrant city life between Hermannstraße and Karl-Marx-Straße, located in the Neukölln neighbourhood conveniently close to both the city centre and Schönefeld airport, promises well-being. I had to go downstairs no less than five times because the room key they gave me didn't work, the internet didn't work, the room stank... the staff were rude and disinterested. A hot June in Berlin and no air conditioning made the room pretty uncomfortable, even with the windows open. Nobody knew what happened to you. Please do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else!
