It took 45 minutes to check in because they could not find our TUI booking. King regards, Hotel Riu Palace Oasis Online Reputation Manager stayed here before refurbishment but now after it the hotel is amazing , the transformation of the hole hotel is something else , although we did miss the all inclusive , the food is still great , the staff are great and we did go a little extra and got ourselves a swim up room which is also amazing and takes away the hassle of trying to get the best spot at the pool but there is plenty of sun beds at the now 3 pools , we will defiantly be going back again some other time .
